Based in the United States, the customer is a non-profit hospital focusing exclusively on orthopedic surgery treatment, recovery, and rehabilitation services. As a leading provider of musculoskeletal care for the local community, serving over 48,000 patients annually, the hospital is seeking to digitally transform its operations through implementation of a new enterprise-wide management system. 

By providing specialized orthopedic services and large patient volume, streamlining hospital and administrative workflows through automation and integration is a top priority for the customer to continue delivering high-quality patient treatment.

Solution

To effectively overcome these issues, the hospital recognized the need to digitally transform its legacy operations. By implementing an integrated enterprise management platform, the clinic aimed to automate administrative processes previously handled through manual methods. As its core functionality, the platform would electronically capture, store, and share clinical, financial, and operational data between departments.
