For over 7 years, Elena has been driving quality across software projects, with 5 of those years committed to HQSoftware. Her experience numbers 20+ successfully delivered projects, including world-known products.

As the Head of Quality Assurance, Elena is responsible for setting up and reviewing QA processes across projects, auditing the company’s project-independent testing strategy, and reviewing test plans and their execution from QA leads. She actively engages with clients, assisting them in defining the most efficient testing strategies according to their needs and available resources.

Elena is dedicated to continuous learning, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field, which is confirmed by ISTQB and Global Association for Quality Management certificates.

To ensure the adoption of testing best practices within HQSoftware’s QA department, Elena mentors the newcomers and develops skill matrices and personal development plans for each team member. She has also created a “Functional Testing Learning Program” for experienced QA, from Junior+ to Senior levels.

Above all, Elena is a public speaker at HQSoftware’s internal meetups and external conferences and master classes.
