Lead Software Engineer

Igor is the Lead Software Engineer and Head of Technical Excellence at HQSoftware. Igor has more than 10 years of professional experience in software development and uses that knowledge to oversee development processes and control quality. 

Igor is a multidisciplinary specialist with a proven ability to jump into new projects and learn new technologies quickly. He is experienced in refactoring, unit testing, architecture design, and writing efficient code following industry best practices. 

Also, Igor possesses a deep knowledge of Internet of Things development and has already participated in more than 20 IoT projects at HQSoftware since he joined the team in 2011.

As Head of Technical Excellence, Igor helps development teams with project estimation, new technologies implementation, integration, and optimization of software products for clients. He also helps to integrate custom software with third-party components and payment systems and finds the best approaches to software design.

Igor takes pleasure in helping to grow the company’s technical expertise and sharing his knowledge in our blog. Igor’s favorite topics are BLE technology, location-based social services, and I2P.
